tetanus from cat scratch?

Hi,

Bean had a fight with a cat in the middle of the morning, and that was not sure what else was best to put on it. She is 11 months and she is worried ...
I called the NHS, who says that she is weepy or enflamed but it looks like red as its new / sore ?? could it be infected with tetanus ??

Please help.
